A rare case of OEIS complex & #8211;newer approach to diagnosis of exstrophy bladder by color doppler and its differentiation from simple omphalocele
The objective of this article is to present a new approach to diagnose and differentiate similar ventral masses by color Doppler. Two cases of ventral masses, a rare case of OEIS complex (Omphalocele-exstrophy-imperforate anus-spinal defects) with unusual presentation of exstrophy bladder and another of simple omphalocele, were studied by color Doppler for diagnosis and differentiation between the nature of similar masses. Internet Search Patterns of Human Immunodeficiency Virus and the Digital Divide in the Russian Federation: Infoveillance Study
Conclusions: This study contributes to the methodological literature on search patterns in public health. Based on our preliminary research, we suggest that PCA may be used to evaluate the relationship between the determinants of Internet access and searches for health problems beyond high-income countries. We believe it is in middle-income countries that search methods can make the greatest contribution to public health.

ConclusionsThe peer review of literature search strategies aids in the retrieval of relevant records particularly those representing non ‐randomized studies. The scrutiny of keywords, subject headings and the relation between search concepts are key components of the peer review process.

The Effect of Patient Narratives on Information Search in a Web-Based Breast Cancer Decision Aid: An Eye-Tracking Study
Conclusions: The observed increase in fixation duration with video patient testimonials is consistent with the idea that the vividness of the video content could cause greater elaboration of the message, thereby encouraging greater information search. Conversely, because reading requires more effortful processing than watching, reading patient narratives may have decreased participant motivation to engage in more reading in the remaining sections of the Web decision aid. Internet search for counseling offers for older adults suffering from visual impairment.
This article analyzed which counseling offers can be found by patients and relatives using simple and routine searching via the internet.
METHOD: Analyses were performed using colloquial search terms in the search engine Google in order to find counseling options for elderly people with visual impairments available via the internet.

AbstractIn this paper, a three-dimensional quantitative structure –activity relationships study for 38 HIV-1 protease inhibitors was established using Topomer CoMFA. The multiple correlation coefficients of fitting, cross-validation, and external validation were 0.959, 0.867, and 0.964, respectively. Costs of streamlined HIV care delivery in rural Ugandan and Kenyan clinics in the SEARCH Studys
Conclusions:
In the SEARCH Study, streamlined HIV care delivery costs were similar to or lower than prior estimates despite including viral load testing; further optimizations could substantially reduce costs further. These data can inform global strategies for financing ART expansion to achieve UNAIDS 90–90–90 targets.
